Introducing Dr. Justin E. Cataldo

Your body was not created with a lack of drugs or too many organs! In society we are made to believe just that. The doctor is in you! Many people fail to recognize the overwhelming ability for the body to take care of itself. It is my goal as a doctor of chiropractic to help communicate the importance of maintaining the only body that god has given you!

I believe chiropractic chose me. As a highly active youth, sports were a part of everyday life, but unfortunately so were injuries. I had suffered an injury at the age of 10 that caused me to experience severe middle and lower back pain. Doctor after doctor told me it would “just go away” with medication. This was not the case. My parents took me to their chiropractor who took his time in examining the cause of my problem. With a few treatments I was back in action without drugs or surgery! This started my fascination with chiropractic, the human body, and its amazing capabilities!

I began my educational journey in Northville, Michigan. After graduating from Northville High school, I went on to attend Western Michigan University, with my focus of study in biology and health sciences. After receiving my bachelor degree I went on to attend Life University School of Chiropractic. I chose Life University due to the fact that it was the largest and most recognized school in the world for chiropractic. I found it very challenging as well as life changing.

Our goal at Waccamaw Chiropractic and Wellness Center first and foremost is education. The more you know and understand how your body works, the easier it is to take care of it. This means one thing, LESS time in the Doctors office! We pride ourselves on our level of patient care and the service we provide. People of all ages, with many degrees of injury have obtained full recovery with our non invasive holistic approach to health care. The most fulfilling aspect of our practice is watching our patients transform into a wellness lifestyle!

When I am away from the office I enjoy spending time with my wife, Emily and our 2 year old son, Jack. I also enjoy golfing, fishing, and the beach. I am currently serving as a board member for Murrells Inlet 2007, a community revitalization group, and on the fund raising committee for the South Carolina School of the Deaf and Blind.

The Chiropractic/Wellness lifestyle is not something I just preach, it’s something my family and I practice. We all have regular chiropractic treatments, as well as regular workouts, to help maintain optimum health.

Thanks for visiting our site. I look forward to meeting you in person and learning how we may be of service to you. I consider myself an excellent listener and would love to discuss your specific health challenge. Give our office a call, or email me using the link below, your journey to wellness begins now!
